Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or a receipt is required to process your return.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If you received an item that is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details. Our team will address your concern as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Digital Products and Memberships: Due to the nature of digital content, all digital products and memberships are non-refundable.

Physical Products: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. For questions on when the credit will post to your account, please contact your card-issuing bank.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.​
